Control Plane (AIOS)

Note: This is a real project that I worked on at Visa, so details are omitted or generalized to maintain confidentiality.

Control Plane (AIOS) manages the operational side of fraud models across multiple data centers: deploying models, monitoring them, and switching traffic. The models it manages process more than 10 million transactions daily.

My contribution

I owned end-to-end development of the ML platform control plane, bringing release automation, monitoring, and traffic switchover into the deployment workflow.

Outcome

Deployment time fell from 45 minutes to 5 minutes—a roughly 90% reduction—through automation, monitoring, and traffic switchover. The control plane supports the operation of fraud models across Visa’s multi-data-center infrastructure.
